Review of iPhone 6 - Is it worth?

So, This is the first post in the category "Techy Thursday". I know i am a bit late for naming it a thursday but nevermind, lets focus on the post bro. As i mentioned on my Homepage that Techy Thursday will be all about Latest gadgets, reviews and gadget news updates from around the world.
So, as you know recently renowned gadget company which comes up with a new 'i' gadget every year has launched its latest installment, the much awaited iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. So i thought about reviewing it, based on my own Hands-on experience and the other user experiences, so that people who are looking forward to buying it can make a good opinion on it first, coz you know before spending such big amount of money for a gadget you have to be totally sure. And also for gadget lovers who want to know about it more. So let keep it rolling.

All you need to know about The 'iPhone 6'!
No Tech company generates the amount of customers as Apple does on launch of its new iPhone every 1-2 year. As last year iPhones were categorized into two- iPhone 5S, Aluminium body, premium phone and iPhone 5C, plastic body, budget phone. But this year categorization is only about size, the bigger the better (& costlier), or in other words iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus.

 1. Size, Weight and Design

First time in history, Apple has gone over its limits that it set onto its previous iPhone versions. Iphone 6 is much bigger than earlier models. It is a 4.7 inch phone, which is a great step ahead from last year iphones. Although this size is not much bigger in comparison to its Android based competitors, still for Apple its a big step. But it is more easy to use with one hand than those 5-6 inch phones which do not fit in one hand.

It is much more lighter now which according to me is an excellent specification. Its weight is approximately 129g. They had to do it because its the only iPhone feature which is constantly upgraded in every new version, so this was very much expected.

Now if we talk about its new big, slimmer and shiny looks, it looks stunning with its aluminium body and Yes! it has got some curves now. Its curvy design look absolutely stunning with its shiny and slim body which is inspired from 'iPad Air'.

2. Screen

At 4.7 inches its screen is pretty good and a better installment which gives it a fresh look. Though it is not very large like Galaxy phones and Xperias, a bit smaller but good in a way. Although it loses a tad with the resolution which is just 1334 x 750, not a full HD like its other siblings. C'mon? We are in 2014, where companies like Sony, HTC and Samsung are already selling 1080 x 1920p phones. Even after so much wait, not getting a full HD screen, that's a little disappointing. Although its display is vivid, bright and sharp.

3. Camera

It has the same 8 megapixel rear and 1.2 megapixel front facing camera. It is also disappointing as HTC has gone farther in camra with its 'Ultrapixel' redifintion. Although apple has added some new features to show-off, like 1080p HD video recording. it also features image stabilization.

4. Performance

Its 64 bit, 1.3Ghz dual core chip is a upgrade from earlier models, it also have a 1GB RAM. It might seem average but for an Operating software like iOS, it is a good deal. Its not laggy, performance is absolutely mesmerizing.
Multitasking can be done with grace and all new 3D and HD games can be played on it.
It is available in 16GB, 32GB (No 32 Gb this time), 64GB and 128GB. It comes in three colors: white/silver, white/gold, and space gray, which is black/darker silver.

5. Battery

With Energy-efficient processor & a better battery back up, Apple has bagged its new model with understandably better battery than previous versions of iPhone. Apple promises 14 hours talk time, 10 hours internet and 10 hours of media streaming.

FINAL VERDICT

It has a new look, better OS (iOS 8), Speedier Wifi, LTE support, a slight better camera and battery with a Tough processor. Some features are disappointing while some are unexpectedly great. But they should have surely added 'Waterproof' or atleast 'Water resistant' feature to its latest installment, because till next launch of iPhone other companies will already be a step ahead with their new and better features. Even after all this it can give a tough competition to its All-time competitors HTC, Samsung and Sony. They might have many better features than Apple, but they cannot compete to amount of "iPhone Lovers" around the world. I don't know if its Bendgate rumors are true or not, some say the videos are true, some say they are just Attention-seeking tactics of youtubers. While it is much costlier, $650 (16GB), $750 (64GB), $850 (128GB), more expensive than most of the Handsets in market right now, It is not much, afterall you can always sell either of your kidney, you know (Just saying). So, go and right now call your bank manager because....
" If You don't have an iPhone, you don't have an iPhone."
